"WOW where do I start? Oxana & Donna were both absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of choosing my dream dress. They were so patient, friendly and accommodating in all of my needs. I got married abroad and they offered me a lovely range of beautiful travel boxes to get my dress there as safely as possible. "I visited 10 different bridal shops before I even tried on a single dress, no where was quite right until I walked into Minster Designs Bridal Boutique. From the moment i walked in i knew that was where i was going to find my dress. Oxanas service in second to none. She is the very very best. The service i received the whole way through was impeccable. Oxana is a natural perfectionist, i found my dream dress and no matter how many i tried on i was never rushed. The boutique was always shut for one on one personal service. Oxana ended up doing my whole entire bridal party as after meeting her i knew no one would even come close to her expertise. Oxana dressed our whole bridal party and groomsmen; Myself as the bride, 7 bridesmaids, 3 flower girls, Groom, 2 best men, 5 ushers, 1 page boy and both of our sets of parents. Oxana worked with the florist to ensure all colours of flowers matched perfectly our attire. Oxana even matched my wedding jewlerry and tiara to my dress. She really is truly amazing and i would highly recommend, my whole wedding experience with her was spectacular and everything was more than perfect on the day (even with such a large wedding party). "Okay. So I went into minster with the wedding dress I had already brought elsewhere intending to find a veil. I only walked out with a new wedding dress. A veil. A headpiece and 3 bridesmaid dresses. The quality of the dresses are on another level. I had travelled everywhere to look for dresses and the last shop I needed to pop into.. little did I know was a gorgeous small boutique with some of the most beautiful dresses. Oxanna could see that I wasn’t 100 percent in love with my dress I had brought elsewhere and my mum knew it too. She said did I want to look at one dress that said would suit me.. I said yes. And fell in love instantly. It didn’t weigh 100 tons so I knew I could dance and sit in it without the hassle. And she even had the perfect veil and headpiece too. I felt instantly settled and happy. I also got the look I was waiting for from my mum. ? Oxanna was perfect and very patient consider I was messaging her a lot. She also fitted all 3 of my bridesmaids with stunning dresses. I cannot recommend this place any more. Trust me when I say the quality is totally different. You will know when you go and visit. ??"

"I brought my dress from here a couple of weeks ago after going to loads of shops and not finding any I liked. I tried on some lovely dresses here, definitely the best range in comparison to the other shops I had tried. I went back in a week later as it was a designer day and tried on a few more. Again all the dresses I tried on were beautiful and I brought my dress. Oxana was very helpful and the shop itself is lovely. I am looking forward to going back for dress fittings!"

"If I could I’d give 10 stars! I’m sure everyone says it, but my experience of choosing my dress to wearing it on the day, was utterly perfect!! When I first went to the boutique I was so nervous as I’ve only really worn a dress about 4 times in my adult life, so was pretty sure I’d want something plain looking, but the ladies were so amazing choosing a few for me to try, and when I put mine on (was only the second one trying on) even I got that ‘this is THE dress’ feeling, which I never would’ve imagined! "I had my first bridal experience on Saturday and what an unforgettable experience it was. The shop is beautifully decorated and the dresses are just stunning. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Donna who gave us a glass of prosecco and some cakes and made myself and my bridal party feel right at home. Nothing was too much of a ask. For a bride who is getting married in July this year, I knew that it could be potentially tight with the order time but she manged to pull through and get me my dream dress. I cannot recommend Bridal Minster enough. If you’re lucky enough to get Donna, know that you will be in safe hands with her!"

"I had a fantastic experience at Minister Bridal Couture. From the moment I stepped through the door the service was impeccable. I was greeted by my personal assistant who was kind, friendly, easy going and attentive and all of their gowns were absolutely stunning. I was there for 2.5 hours having the time of my life. My bridal party were given drinks and were able to look around the boutique freely to choose dresses for me to try on. There was no pressure to purchase at all which is the most important thing when you are looking for the dress of your dreams.
